Design, development, and deployment of a fully customized, secure, and scalable Human Resource Management System (HRMS) tailored for the unique organizational structure of Tunisia’s national electricity and gas provider.

Project Overview

STEG required a modern, efficient, and secure web-based platform to digitize and centralize all HR operations across its departments and regional offices. The goal was to automate employee lifecycle management, provide advanced reporting tools, and ensure real-time visibility into human capital performance, all while complying with internal data protection and operational policies.
